i want to share with you a nice tool who gives any forum admin, especially support forums, the possibility to mark a post as [support request] or [resolved] or … nothing.
This plugin was made by @imath for the french buddpress support forum http://bp-fr.net some mounth ago. Here’s an example of how it shows on a group forum activity page:

Comes in english and french and a pot file for easy translation in any other language.
